Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. You keep access to your current tier until then.
What happens when I run out of hours?
Your wiki, campaigns, and existing transcriptions stay fully accessible. To transcribe more audio, upgrade your plan or purchase extra hour bundles at $0.99/hr.
Do unused hours roll over?
Monthly plan hours reset each billing cycle. However, extra hour bundles you purchase never expire — use them whenever you need them.
Do you offer refunds?
Generally no — payments already made are non-refundable except where the law requires one, which is why the free plan plus 3 bonus hours exists: try a real session before paying. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal and keep access through the period you've paid for, and if a charge is genuinely wrong, contact support and we'll make it right.
Can I cover my whole table on one plan?
On Guild Master, yes. One person subscribes and links up to 4 other accounts. Every linked member gets the full Guild Master feature set with their own 30 monthly transcription hours — there is no shared pool to split, and links stop granting the moment the owner's plan lapses.
Is my data safe if I downgrade?
Absolutely. Your campaigns, wiki entries, and transcriptions are never deleted when you change plans. You just won't be able to create new transcriptions beyond your tier's limits.
What is Ask Your Campaign?
An AI assistant that answers questions using only your own transcripts, wiki, and recaps — with citations linking back to the source. Every plan includes it; the daily question allowance grows with your tier (5, 50, then 200 on Guild Master).
Do I get anything extra for signing up?
Yes — every new account starts with 3 bonus transcription hours on top of the monthly allowance. They don't expire, so you can try DM Scribe on a full-length session right away, on any plan.
